Bulgaria – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – „Доставка на лабораторно оборудване за нуждите на Шуменски университет „Епископ Константин Преславски“

The subject of the present public procurement contract covers the delivery of laboratory equipment, its subsequent warranty maintenance, and, if applicable, the commissioning of the same, for the needs of Shumen University.

The public procurement contract is divided into 5 (five) separate lots (L), with a total estimated value of 11 000,00 euros excluding VAT. The amount of 20% of the total estimated value of the contract excluding VAT is 2 200,00 euros, in which the total estimated value of L № 4 and L № 5, which is 2 056,61 euros excluding VAT, falls.

Pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will award L № 4 and L № 5 in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, since their total estimated value excluding VAT does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the contract and the value of each of the specified separate lots does not exceed 79 998,77 €/156 464 лв. The individual estimated values of each of the specified separate lots № 4 and № 5 fall within the value threshold pursuant to Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 of the Public Procurement Act and the same will be awarded directly. The remaining value of the contract in the amount of 8 943,39 euros excluding VAT, which is the total estimated value of L №1, L №2 and L №3, is awarded through an open procedure pursuant to Article 18, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, announced in the CAIS EOOD Platform.
