France – Subscription services – Services d'abonnement centralisés aux ressources numériques pour les usagers du service e-medi@s et La RÉF' de Savoie et Haute-Savoie Biblio (SHSB)

The present framework agreement has for its object: - the supply of a catalogue of digital resource publishers compatible with the e-medi@s and SHSB's La RÉF' platforms; - the management of subscriptions to these resources; - the management of the contracts necessary for their implementation on the portal by the selected publishers; - the supply of a service ensuring centralised monitoring of incidents encountered in the use of the resources during the subscription period.
