The subject of this contract is the Supply of chemical digesters for laboratory work, divided into 2 parts. Part 1: Chemical digesters for laboratory work with one under-bench cabinet. Part 2: Chemical digesters for laboratory work with two under-bench cabinets. 2. The detailed description of the contract subject has been specified in the form of required technical parameters, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority does not allow offers to be submitted in the form of electronic catalogues. 4. The contracting authority does not envisage the use of the option right. 5. The contracting authority does not envisage the reimbursement of participation costs, with the reservation of art. 261. 6. The contracting authority does not envisage an electronic auction. 7. The contracting authority does not envisage the conclusion of a framework agreement. 8. The contracting authority does not reserve the personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks, in accordance with art. 60 and art. 121 of the Act. 9. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 257 of the Pzp Act, may invalidate the procurement procedure, if the public funds which the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 10. The contracting authority requires the Contractor to carry out a site visit before submitting an offer. Participation in the site visit is mandatory. In accordance with art. 226(1)(18) of the Pzp Act, "The contracting authority rejects an offer if it has been submitted without a site visit …" The purpose of the site visit is to familiarise oneself with the actual technical condition of the infrastructure, the route of existing ventilation ducts, the construction of wall and ceiling passages, the location of roof ventilators and the logistical conditions of the facility. Details have been specified in Section III, point 6 of the SWZ. The site visit concerns Part 1 and Part 2.
