The subject of the procurement is the security system package for the new building of the Educational Quarter at the Tikkurila Expertise Campus, including post-warranty repair, maintenance and support services. The procurement includes the delivery and commissioning of security systems and their management platform, as well as repair, maintenance and support services. The procurement includes the following system deliveries: - Traffic monitoring system - Camera surveillance system - Crime reporting system - Door phone system - Personal safety system - Emergency announcement system - Locking system - VIRVE network - Management platform for the system package Educational Quarter - The new building will be located on the Tikkurila Expertise Campus area near Tikkurila Station, at Jokiniemenkatu 1, 01370 Vantaa. The new building of the Educational Quarter will accommodate study spaces for approximately 2600 students from five different educational institutions: Vantaan Ammattiopisto Variasta, Tikkurilan lukio, Tikkurilan iltalukio, Vantaan aikuisopisto and Vantaan Musiikkiopisto. In addition, there are approximately 300 staff. The Educational Quarter has, in addition to the basement, six floors for educational activities and a IV machine room floor. The size of the project is 25,200 m2 and the site area is approximately 7,900 m2. The target is exceptionally demanding in terms of its operation, location and security environment. In the security of the target, several user groups must be taken into account, who use the property in different ways and at different times, as well as a large number of public spaces, to which access is gained through the main entrance. In addition, the system deliveries must take into account the flexibility of the spaces and the scalability of the delivered systems in the future also to other properties and new user groups. The procurement includes a 24-month warranty period and extended warranty periods. The contract conditions YSE 1998 are followed for the contract delivery, and the conditions JYSE-palvelut 2025 for the services, with the exceptions stated in the tender and contract. The security system contract is implemented as a sub-contract under the building contract, where the project manager (main contractor and implementer) is YIT rakennus Oy.
