The present consultation concerns the award of a framework agreement for the execution of a technical assistance mission for the client to manage the APM programme of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. This programme is part of the overhaul of the master plan of Paris-CDG, which was the subject of a voluntary public consultation in 2025. It must enable the development of access in the Public Zone (ZP) and in the Restricted Zone (ZR) of the airport platform in order to meet the needs of increased capacity, while improving the current level of service.
