Czechia – Milk powder – 26-010.3 Sušené odtučněné mléko – pořízení a ochraňování

The subject of the contract is the procurement of 450 tonnes of skimmed milk powder (hereinafter also referred to as “SMP”) and its storage. The SMP will be part of the state's material reserves as property of the Czech Republic. The Administration of State Material Reserves (hereinafter also “ASMR” or “Administration”) as the contracting authority ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, the defence capability and defence of the state, the mitigation of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the state's vital economic interests. The subject of the contract is divided, in accordance with Section 35 of the Act, into 3 (three) separate parts: 1. part of the contract: Delivery and storage of 150 tonnes of skimmed milk powder. 2. part of the contract: Delivery and storage of 150 tonnes of skimmed milk powder. 3. part of the contract: Delivery and storage of 150 tonnes of skimmed milk powder.
