The execution of the public procurement involves the preparation of an investment project in the "technical project" phase, the implementation of the construction envisaged therein, and the exercise of author's supervision for the object: "Improvement of the inter-block space, located in PI 73626.506.50 and the construction of a street from O.T.16 to O.T.42 and from O.T.43 to O.T.39 within the area of block 8, Targovishte", implemented under the project: "Sustainable development of the territory, renewal and modernization of the urban environment in the city of Targovishte", under the "Regional Development" Programme 2021-2027. The subject matter of the contract in the current public procurement includes the following activities: Activity 1: Design/Preparation of an investment project - Preparation of an investment project in the "technical project" phase, in accordance with Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act and the subordinate normative acts for the implementation of the object: "Improvement of the inter-block space, located in PI 73626.506.50 and the construction of a street from O.T.16 to O.T.42 and from O.T.43 to O.T.39 within the area of block 8, Targovishte"; Activity 2: Author's supervision - Exercise of author's supervision during the construction of the object: "Improvement of the inter-block space, located in PI 73626.506.50 and the construction of a street from O.T.16 to O.T.42 and from O.T.43 to O.T.39 within the area of block 8, Targovishte"; Activity 3: Construction/CM - Implementation of the construction and installation works (CM) envisaged in the investment project and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of the construction, in accordance with the normative requirements, the requirements of the Principal for the object: "Improvement of the inter-block space, located in PI 73626.506.50 and the construction of a street from O.T.16 to O.T.42 and from O.T.43 to O.T.39 within the area of block 8, Targovishte"; The full information regarding the scope, volume and technical requirements for the execution of the public procurement are described and regulated in PART II.
