The subject of the contract is the supply of implants for trauma surgery. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts/Packages, each of which constitutes a separate subject of the contract: Package no. 1 – Arthroscopic tower accessories Package no. 2 – Connecting elements 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex 1a to SWZ. 3. The subject and the conditions for the implementation of this contract must be in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (where applicable) and with other applicable legal provisions in this area, if the subject offered is a medical device. 4. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp.
