The subject of the contract is the construction of a new building for the military fire brigade unit, to be carried out in the scope and according to the documentation for the execution of the construction prepared by the company Ateliér Velehradský, s. r. o., IČO 29263140, under the contract number 1504 and building permit No. MO 650354/2024-1322 of 12 August 2024, issued by the Property Section of the Ministry of Defence, Department of Territorial Interests and State Supervision, Building Office, which gained legal force on 7 September 2024. The construction will include the following building objects: SO 01 Fire Station (3 above-ground floors) SO 02 Training Tower SO 03 Shelter for waste containers and backup power supply Part of the tender conditions is also part PD at the secrecy level "Restricted". The supplier is obliged to ensure the protection of classified information pursuant to Act No. 412/2005 Coll., on the protection of classified information and on security clearance, as amended by later regulations and related implementing regulations.
