This mission involves assisting the contracting authority in: - Awarding and monitoring all contracts and orders related to the operation (PI contracts / works contracts / maintenance - operation / complementary contracts / similar services / amendments / DGD / etc.). - Advising, monitoring and overseeing the overall operation and all stakeholders, as well as coordinating with the contracting authority's teams. - Advising, managing and monitoring the financial and accounting aspects of the operation. - Advising and monitoring the administrative and contractual aspects of the contracts and contracts related to the operation. - Monitoring the acceptance of the work.
