1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of software licences for macro- and microscopic traffic modelling and simulation, implementation and training, for the purpose of developing a traffic model for the urban functional area (MOF). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement will be prepared after the end of the Dialogue with Contractors and will be provided together with the invitation to tender. The subject of the procurement, including, inter alia, the minimum requirements for the subject of the procurement, is set out in Annex 1 to OPiW - Specification of the Subject of the Procurement.
