Netherlands – Reprographic services – Reprodienstverlening

The reprographic services consist of the supply of: - Standard reprographic work (colour and black-and-white printing from A6 to A0); - Finishing (binding booklets, folding, stapling, scoring, laminating, etc.); - Supply of necessary materials (glue); - Supply of folders, dividers, greyboard, transparencies, labels, ring binders, sleeves, etc.); - Provision of simple document adaptations (DTP) to the supplied documents; - Supply of standard products (business cards, badge cards, envelopes, roll-up banners, etc.); - Secure printing of exams; - Secure printing of diplomas; - Printing and sending of greeting cards; - Pre-printed envelopes; - Storage and delivery of corporate identity items. Out of scope The following are out of scope for the reprographic services: - Production of letterhead paper; - Production of security paper; - Promotional printing (on behalf of the Marketing and Communication department); - Supply and printing of merchandise and textiles. Approximately 1 650 orders per year (based on 2025 figures).
