The district of Regensburg plans the new construction of the school building of the Max-Ulrich-von-Drechsel-Realschule Regenstauf, to accommodate increasing student numbers and to remedy the functional and structural deficiencies of the existing building. The new construction is to be connected to the existing canteen building and the sports facilities. The plan is for a sustainable, barrier-free school building with a particular focus on quality of stay, the use of wood as a building material, and CO2-neutral energy supply. The basic services of the service phases 3, 5-9 of the service spectrum Technical Equipment Planning for the plant groups 4, 5, 6 (ELT) according to § 55 para. 1 s. 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 are to be awarded in stages. In addition, special services will be awarded.
