The design contest for the construction of a commercial building in the Plein Ciel district at MEE-SUR-SEINE (77 – SEINE ET MARNE). It is organised in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 2° and R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-26 of the Public Procurement Code. Its purpose is to provide an architectural, technical and economic response to the programme defined in the programme relating to the operation. This is a restricted design contest. The jury will be composed of persons independent of the contest participants. At least one third of the jury members will possess the qualification of design supervisor. In accordance with Articles R. 2162-23 and R. 2162-24, the jury members are appointed in accordance with the rules specific to the Agency. The present consultation regulations concern the first phase of selection of the candidates. This is a restricted design contest.
