The procurement includes printed textbooks and related materials, as well as digital teaching materials for pre-primary and basic education and for secondary education. In addition, the procurement includes services related to ordering and delivering the materials in accordance with this tender notice and its appendices. By educational materials are meant printed and electronic textbooks, teaching materials and exercises, as well as other supplementary materials used in teaching such as teachers' guides and work samples, tests, games, audiobooks and CD/DVD discs. The procurement will establish a framework agreement. The procurement is divided into four (4) sub-areas: 1) Printed educational materials for pre-primary and basic education 2) Digital educational materials for pre-primary and basic education 3) Printed educational materials for secondary education 4) Digital educational materials for secondary education Suppliers will be selected as follows: - For printed materials, one (1) contract supplier will be selected per sub-area (sub-areas 1 and 3). - For digital educational materials, all bidders meeting the minimum requirements of the tender notice will be selected per sub-area (sub-areas 2 and 4), however, a maximum of five (5) suppliers. The aim is to ensure that the purchaser has pedagogically suitable materials for different subject areas and age groups, as well as the possibility to take into account existing learning material series, hardware environment and available funds. Not all purchasers will use all sub-areas. The target start date of the contract period is 1.1.2027.
