The present procedure involves the award of the "Man-Environment-Space" service in accordance with the ÖBB guidelines for the preparation of EIA submission documents for the bmvit for the project AMB009, Frohnleiten – Graz Hbf, double-track new construction section; planning including an upward compatibility for a continuation of the new line to the area of Bruck a.d. Mur (Phase 1). The optional Phase 2 includes the detailed processing and the subsequent approval planning of the "selected route" up to the official submission (EIA, EB).
