Stiftung Universität HildesheimGermanyPublished on Apr 02, 2026
No deadline given

Description

Project Description: The A building of the University of Hildesheim from the late 1960s is being comprehensively renovated. The basis for the planning is an already gutted building. The aim is the structural and technical renewal of the heavily aged substance including facades, windows, roof and technical building equipment. The measure also includes the restoration of the operational safety of the Audimax through new ventilation, fire and pipe systems. The former canteen areas in the basement will be converted into a modern co-working space with around 900 m², based on New Work concepts with flexible work and communication areas. In the basement, server rooms of a data centre are being created. Since the comprehensive renovation of further campus buildings is to follow, the new facade design of building A serves as a pilot project for a uniform, future campus image. At the same time, during the construction phase, essential supply lines for the supply of adjacent buildings must be secured or relocated. The project marks the starting point for the long-term renovation of the entire existing stock and serves to secure central functions as well as to create modern office and research spaces. All planning must fully comply with the guidelines of the "Climate Protection and Sustainability in Public Building" guide. The subject of this tender are general planning services. Task: The basis of this tendering procedure is the regulation on the award of public contracts. The general planner takes over services according to HOAI 2021 and AHO and must take into account the guide "Climate Protection and Sustainability in Public Building – Assessment Criteria for Sustainable Building Planning" of the State Building Management of Lower Saxony (SBN) in all phases of the service. The following service packages are included: • Building and interior design including furniture planning • Technical building equipment KG 410–490 including media and stage technology as well as planning of a data centre with heat recovery and photovoltaics • Structural engineering • Surveying services • Building physics (room and building acoustics, thermal protection, energy balancing) • Fire protection
