Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Kaimauern Baakenhöft - Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung

The Special Fund City and Port intends to award the planning and consulting services for "civil and structural engineering" in the broader sense in the Baakenhöft quarter. The scope of services for the civil engineering works is based on the "civil engineering works" project planning in accordance with § 43 in conjunction with Appendix 12.1 HOAI 2021 and the scope of services for the structural engineering is based on the specialist planning "structural engineering" in accordance with § 51 in conjunction with Appendix 14.1 HOAI 2021 as well as AHO brochure No. 11 (BIM method in the planning process of the HOAI). In addition, services for the specialist consultancy Concrete Construction Quality (BBQ), additionally required engineering consulting services, as well as a stock survey and a feasibility study will be awarded.
