The subject of this public procurement procedure is the supply of medical consumables and medical equipment, necessary for the specific medical activities in the beneficiary structures of the Municipal Emergency Hospital "Elena Beldiman" Bârlad. The requested products are intended to ensure the necessary supplies for diagnostic, monitoring, treatment, and specific medical interventions/procedures, contributing to the performance of the medical act in conditions of safety, efficiency, and continuity. CPV codes: 33140000 – 3 – Medical Consumables 33168100 – 6 - Digital Flexible Ureteroscope. Clarifications can be requested up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, and the contracting authority will respond to all requests with a minimum of 11 days before the deadline. All requests must be sent through SEAP. The procurement procedure is conducted in accordance with the principles of transparency, non-discrimination, and equal treatment, in accordance with Law no. 98/2016 and the methodological norms HG no. 395/2016.
