SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties, taking into account educational needs and economic principles, and leasing the approximately 350 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Training. The school properties include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to carry out the new construction and replacement construction at the Campus Oldenfelde (comprehensive school and grammar school) Delingsdorfer Weg 6 and Birrenkovenallee 12 in 22147 Hamburg.
