The subject of the contract is the provision of the documentation of the Construction Design (CD), Public Works Design (PWD) and Notice of Change in Proposed Activity 8a after the completion of the CD (8a post CD) for the construction of the Motorway R3 Mošovce – Horná Štubňa. The documentation of the Construction Design and Public Works Design in accordance with the attached documents and requirements and in compliance with the Technical Conditions TP 019 "Documentation of Buildings and Roads" and the Notice of Change in Proposed Activity according to Annex 8a of Act No. 24/2006 Z.z. on the Assessment of Impacts on the Environment. The subject of the contract is fully defined in Sections A.1 to B.3 of these SP.
