The subject of the performance of this public contract is the creation, operation and development of a functional unit of water management infrastructure to fulfill the obligations set out in: - Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on public water supply and sewerage and on the amendment of certain acts (Water Supply and Sewerage Act), as amended by later regulations, and its implementing regulations, - Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Waters and on the amendment of certain acts (Water Act), as amended by later regulations, and its implementing regulations, - methodological guidelines related to these laws. The public contract includes the following activities: - development and delivery of the functional unit, - temporary services with fixed performance (from the commencement of pilot operation until the handover and takeover of the functional unit), - services with fixed performance (regular operation services, corrective support services, preventive support services, user support), - services with performance-based performance (development services, minor development, expert services).
