Germany – Laboratory services – Abschluss eines nicht-exklusiven Rahmenvertrages zur Durchführung von Kontrollprüfungen und Labordienstleistungen (Voruntersuchungen, Kontrollprüfungen, Analytik) im Open-House Verfahren

The subject of the framework agreement of the Niederlassung Südbayern is the execution of control inspections and laboratory services in accordance with the specifications within the scope of the service description. The services will be divided into the following service areas:

LB 00: Personnel and ancillary costs

LB 01: Soils including soil treatments according to ZTV E-StB

LB 02: Bitumen tests according to TL Bitumen-StB and tests on bitumen emulsions according to TL BE-StB

LB 03: Concrete road surfaces, concrete load-bearing layers according to ZTV Beton-StB

LB 04: Asphalt construction methods according to ZTV Asphalt-StB

LB 05: Load-bearing layers with hydraulic binders according to ZTV Beton-StB

LB 06: Layers without binder and building material mixtures according to ZTV SoB-StB

LB 07, Section 07.01.: Surface evenness measurements on road surfaces in the longitudinal and transverse direction according to TP Eben - Contact measurements

LB 07, Section 07.02.: Surface evenness measurements on road surfaces in the longitudinal and transverse direction according to TP Eben - Non-contact measurements

LB 07, Section 07.03.: Skid resistance measurements according to TP Griff-StB (SKM)

LB 07, Section 07.04.: Skid resistance measurements according to TP Griff-StB (SRT)

LB 07, Section 07.05.: Texture measurements

LB 08, Sections 08.01 - 08.09. and 08.11.: Environmental analytics

LB 08, Section 08.10.: Groundwater investigation

LB 09: Preliminary investigations on asphalt, concrete, layers without binder and structural civil engineering

LB 10: Structural civil engineering

LB 11: Road markings according to ZTV M 13

LB 12: Joint sealants (grouting compounds) - joints in traffic areas according to ZTV Fug-StB

It is intended to award the service described in the service description by means of an Open-House procedure. In order to do justice to the diversity of potential contracting partners within the framework of the admission model, each company that fulfils the admission requirements (if necessary) will be enabled to join the framework agreement on the same conditions for the entire duration of the contract.
