The present consultation aims to conclude a single-supplier framework agreement, giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with 1° of article L. 2125-1 and articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract includes a lump sum. The contract may give rise to the issuance of purchase orders based on the unit prices shown in the BPU. The order part does not have a minimum amount and includes a maximum amount over its total duration set at 300 000 euros VAT.
