Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V allows health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount agreements for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of statutory health insurance. In view of the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of active substance-related, formal tendering procedures is carried out according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB by DAK-Gesundheit. For pharmaceuticals to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract for the aforementioned active substance Cinacalcet (exclusively in the standard size N3), ATC H05BX01, DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude pharmaceutical discount agreements with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until the entry into force of new pharmaceutical discount agreements. A discount agreement under the licensing model for the aforementioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.11.2026 and will end on 31.10.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end with the entry into force of the exclusive agreement, regardless.
