The contract concerns the delivery of a Modular Smart Energy Grid with energy-generating and energy-storage equipment and the performance of maintenance on the Modular Smart Energy Grid & associated equipment. The contracting authority wishes to add or exchange innovative developments or components to the Smart Energy Grid with the winning tenderer during the maintenance period, to test these new components for their effectiveness and operation within the Smart Energy Grid.
