Germany – Street-cleaning and sweeping services – Straßen- und Parkflächenreinigung sowie Winterdienst 2027

Subject of this tender is a works contract for the execution of street and parking area cleaning as well as winter maintenance. The start of the service is 01.01.2027. The regular contract duration is 2 years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract by 1 year initially and by a further 1 year thereafter (maximum total duration 4 years). The respective extension option becomes effective if the contracting authority exercises it in writing to the contractor at the latest 3 months before the end of the current contract duration.
