Romania – Cleaning services – Servicii de curățenie

The following services are to be provided, in accordance with the description in the Terms of Reference: - cleaning services for Terminals T3 and T4 of Iasi Airport. The estimated total value is between: minimum 2,880,000.00 lei excluding VAT and maximum 5,760,000.00 lei excluding VAT. Minimum quantity 15,201.82 mp, maximum quantity 30,403.64 mp. The value of the highest Subsequent Contract is 2,880,000.00 lei excluding VAT. The value of the lowest subsequent contract is 480,000.00 lei excluding VAT, corresponding to the estimated services for 2 months. Frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: multiple subsequent contracts will be concluded, depending on the budget allocation. The minimum and maximum quantities relating to the framework agreement as well as the estimated minimum and maximum quantities relating to a subsequent contract can be found as annexes to the award documentation/terms of reference. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The contracting entity will respond to clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Contract duration: 25 months, of which 24 months is the service provision period and 1 month for the establishment/restitution of the performance guarantee and payment of the final invoice.
