Poland – Security services – ŚWIADCZENIE USŁUG OCHRONY OSÓB I MIENIA PRZEZ SPECJALISTYCZNĄ UZBROJONĄ FORMACJĘ OCHRONNĄ (SUFO) W SYSTEMIE ZMIANOWYM – CAŁODOBOWYM

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at:

- 8. Transport Aviation Base in Balice (8.BLTr),

- the technical facility of the Regional Information Technology Centre Kraków – 3. Teleinformatics Support Region located in Zabierzów,

- the technical facility of the 3. Radiotechnical Battalion - 360th long-range radar post located in Brzoskwinia,

- the technical facility of the Regional Information Technology Centre Kraków – 3. Teleinformatics Support Region located in Cholerzyn,

- WCR Oświęcim,

- WCR Nowy Targ,

- 112 blp - 11 MBOT in Oświęcim

by the Specialised Armed Guarding Formation (SUFO), in a shift system – 24/7, consisting of direct physical protection, constant monitoring of signals transmitted, collected, and processed in electronic systems and alarm devices of the Contractor, and intervention if necessary on the protected areas by the intervention group of the Contractor, as well as escorting cash values 2 (two) times a week for 8. Transport Aviation Base in Balice, with the scope of the contract divided into four tasks below:

Task No. 1 - provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at:

- 8. Transport Aviation Base in Balice (8.BLTr),

- the technical facility of the Regional Information Technology Centre Kraków – 3. Teleinformatics Support Region located in Zabierzów,

- the technical facility of the 3. Radiotechnical Battalion – 360th long-range radar post located in Brzoskwinia,

- the technical facility of the Regional Information Technology Centre Kraków – 3. Teleinformatics Support Region located in Cholerzyn, including:

- Task No. 1a – provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at 8. Transport Aviation Base in Balice and the technical facility of the Regional Information Technology Centre Kraków – 3. Teleinformatics Support Region – located in Cholerzyn and escorting cash values 2 (two) times a week for 8. Transport Aviation Base in Balice;

- Task No. 1b – provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at the technical facility of the Regional Information Technology Centre Kraków – 3. Teleinformatics Support Region located in Zabierzów;

- Task No. 1c – provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at the technical facility of the 3. Radiotechnical Battalion - 360th long-range radar post located in Brzoskwinia;

Task No. 2 – provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at WCR Oświęcim;

Task No. 3 – provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at WCR Nowy Targ;

Task No. 4 – provision of services in the field of protecting persons and property (areas, facilities, equipment, movable property) at 112 blp - 11 MBOT located in Oświęcim.

The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial applications/tenders, i.e. for Task No. 1 (which includes Task No. 1a, 1b and 1c), Task No. 2, Task No. 3 and Task No. 4. The contracting authority does not allow for the submission of partial applications/tenders covering part of the subject of the contract in the scope of individual tasks.

2. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e.: The contracting authority may invalidate the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

3. Pursuant to Article 405(8) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority may refrain from rejecting an application for admission to the procedure or a tender from a contractor in respect of whom there are grounds for exclusion, as referred to in Article 405(1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Law, if the relevant reservation has been provided for in the contract notice and is justified by the public interest.
