This is the pre-notification for this procurement. The aim is to publish it in mid-August to September 2026. No rights can be derived from this pre-notification. A renovation is taking place at the building of the Paleis van Justitie (PvJ) in Den Haag. During the works, the building will remain in use. The administration of justice and daily activities must continue during the renovation. Therefore, the renovation will be carried out in phases. While part of the building is being renovated, other parts will remain available for hearings, consultations, office work and other necessary activities. The direction and supervision are aimed at ensuring that the works run smoothly, the nuisance for users of the building, residents and other parties involved in the area is kept as limited as possible and the quality, budget, safety and planning of the project are guaranteed.
