This procurement file concerns the services related to an IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) system. An IGA system is a centralized device that enables the management, control, and security of employee access to the company's digital tools. It is a key pillar of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Functional scope

The expected IGA system must cover the following functions, considered as the foundation of identity and access governance:

• Management of the identity lifecycle (Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes);

• Ergonomic access portal for business users (requests, validations, campaigns);

• Management of access requests and the entitlement catalog;

• Rights review campaigns (periodic recertifications);

• Management of segregation of duties (SoD) and sensitive access rules;

• Exhaustive logging and generation of audit reports;

• Standard connectors to target systems (e.g. Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, ITSM, SAP4ANA, Success Factors);

• Management of non-human identities (technical accounts, services, APIs, etc.);

• Role modeling, assignment management, and takeover of existing SAP IDM objects;

• Support for compliance requirements (NIS2, GDPR, internal controls);

• Ability to integrate into a segmented IT/OT environment, with connectivity, security, and sovereignty constraints.
