Framework agreement with single-source call-off contracts for services with works component, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount per execution period of 500,000.00 euros, excluding tax, in accordance with Articles L2125-1; R2161-1 to 6 and R2161-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract services are not subject to any breakdown. A breakdown into lots would make the execution of the services technically more complex and financially more costly.
