Denmark – Wide area network services – Udbud af rammeaftale vedrørende levering, drift og support af Wide Area Network til DSB

DSB is offering this framework agreement concerning the delivery of a Wide Area Network (hereafter the Network) to DSB as well as the operation and support thereof. The Network shall be delivered as a service through a subscription arrangement, and shall replace DSB’s existing network. The Network and associated services shall be delivered with the aim of connecting all of DSB’s Locations as well as DSB’s datacentre in a single common infrastructure with the capacity, security and operational stability requested in the framework agreement. At the time of the publication of the tender, DSB has 205 locations, to which connections shall be delivered. The delivery of the Network is divided into phases: 1) A clarification phase 2) An implementation phase 3) An operational phase with Ongoing Services. DSB may also order Additional Services, including new connections and time-based consultancy services. The Network will thus be continuously developed during the term of the agreement as DSB continuously orders Additional Services and new connections, which shall be included as part of the overall network infrastructure. Upon the expiry of the contract, the supplier shall assist DSB with termination services and transition to a new network infrastructure.
