The aim of the employee surveys is to systematically and anonymously gather the opinions, views and assessments of employees on various topics in order to incorporate them into the further development of the company. In doing so, employees should be actively involved in development processes and their perceptions of job satisfaction (processes, workload, etc.), health and leadership should be assessed. Furthermore, the surveys should serve to evaluate the workplace for psychological stress and, if necessary, be supplemented with additional topics. The contract will be awarded in the following lots: Lot 1 "Participatory planning, preparation, implementation and evaluation of employee surveys, feedback of results, concept for deriving measures" and Lot 2 "Support and accompaniment in the follow-up phase".
