The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment and computer accessories, divided into two (2) partial tasks. The subject of the contract must be factory new, approved for sale, have CE marking, and come from the official sales channel of the manufacturer to the European market. Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the contract are contained in the Subject of the Contract – Product and Price List, which is Annex 2.1 – 2.2 to the SWZ, in which the Buyer has specified the quality requirements relating to the main elements making up the subject of the contract for each partial task. The detailed method of executing the subject of the contract is defined in Annex 1 to the SWZ, which constitutes the general terms of the contract.
