Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of computers and laptops for the needs of the Marshal's Office of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship in Poznań. The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Specification of the Order Conditions SWZ, the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) which is Annex 2 to SWZ, and in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) which is Annex 3 to SWZ. The ordering party requires that the delivered subject of the order, including all ICT products, ICT services, and ICT processes used to implement the order, both as main elements and as components, environmental elements, provided services, or accompanying solutions, do not include: • ICT products, ICT services, or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of national security; • an ICT product whose type was determined in the decision on recognizing the supply as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement will result in the rejection of the offer on the basis of Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act. To confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements, features, or criteria specified by the ordering party, the ordering party demands the submission of a subject-specific evidence tool in the form of an "Assortment Table" (included in Annex 1 to SWZ) with the offer. The assortment table must contain: - the name of the manufacturer, - the exact model/version of the offered assortment, - the name of the manufacturer and the model of the processor. In the event of missing elements in the Assortment Table, the offer will not be evaluated and will be rejected under Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act. The subject-specific evidence tool must be submitted with the offer in electronic form, certified with a qualified electronic signature, within the deadline specified in Section XVII, A) point 2) of SWZ. The assortment table is a subject-specific evidence tool that is not subject to supplementation. If the Contractor does not submit the Assortment Table by the offer submission deadline, the offer will be rejected under Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act (its content is inconsistent with the order conditions).
