The subject of this contract is the purchase of four 500kV power generators for the needs of the Wojewódzki Specjalistyczny Szpital im. M. Pirogowa in Łódź. 1.1. The purchase of generators includes: delivery, installation and commissioning of four 500kV power generators each, as well as the performance of necessary tests and acceptance divided into two parts: part 1 - Purchase of two 500kV power generators for the needs of the Wojewódzki Specjalistyczny Szpital im. M. Pirogowa in Łódź at the location at ul. Wólczańska 191/195 part 2 - Purchase of two 500kV power generators for the needs of the Wojewódzki Specjalistyczny Szpital im. M. Pirogowa in Łódź at the Ośrodku Szpitalnym im. M. Madurowicza at ul. Wileńska 37 2. The detailed scope of the contract is specified by: Annexes no. 1-2 to SWZ Cost estimate, Annexes no. 1A-2A to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and the Agreement and Annexes to the Agreement constituting Annex no. 2 to SWZ.
