Poland – Electrical apparatus for switching or protecting electrical circuits – Sukcesywna dostawa materiałów elektrycznych i oświetleniowych dla SGGW w okresie 12 miesięcy

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of electrical and lighting materials for SGGW. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract together with the calculation of the offer price). The contracting authority requires that the delivered materials be factory new, of the first grade, packed in original packaging and have a use-by date of at least 12 months, counted from the date of delivery to the contracting authority's premises (unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer, in which case the longer warranty period will apply). The contractor will be obliged to unload the delivered subject of the contract and bring it to the indicated premises of the contracting authority at their own expense. The contracting authority allows for the delivery of materials by courier - at the contractor's expense. The subject of the contract must have documentation prepared in Polish: user manual, technical approvals, quality certificates and comply with the PN, EN standards allowing them to be sold and used in Poland and have the appropriate certificates for these materials. It should be equipped with all the elements necessary for commissioning and operation at the contracting authority to achieve the purpose for which the subject of the contract is purchased, without the need for the contracting authority to purchase additional elements. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide information in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ allowing for the unambiguous identification of the offered product (including the name of the manufacturer, the catalogue number/product name or other data necessary for its identification).
