This contract concerns the appointment of a Health and Safety Coordinator for the redevelopment project of the West Head of Luxembourg Station, including: - the sanitation works and railway platforms as well as the construction of various hydraulic structures; - the construction of a new platform along the High-Speed Building and the extension of the existing Platform I; - the transformations to be made to the High-Speed Building with a view to the construction of a new one; - the complete removal of the Hollerich stop with redevelopment of the area; - the construction of foundations for canopies on platforms, for catenary masts and portals as well as for various signalling equipment and lighting poles; - the railway, signalling/telecommunications, technical engineering and catenary works. The health and safety coordination mission covers all the design and execution phases of the project, in accordance with the Grand-Ducal Regulation of 27 June 2008 on safety on temporary or mobile construction sites. The Health and Safety Coordinator will, among other things: - Coordinate the project phase, including the establishment of the General Safety and Health Plan (PGSS) and the Health and Safety File (HSF), - Coordinate the construction phase (meetings, visits, reports, updating of the PGSS), - Maintain the Site Safety Register (SSR) and the final submission of the HSF. The candidate must hold a valid approval in Luxembourg to carry out the CSS mission.
