Czechia – Household-refuse collection services – Provozovatel sběrného dvora pro město Neratovice

The subject of the public contract is the provision of services involving the operation of facilities for the collection of waste in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended, for the collection of waste produced in the city of Neratovice by the contracting authority, by natural persons not engaged in business with a permanent residence in the city of Neratovice, and by the owners of real estate in the city of Neratovice, and the reverse collection in accordance with Act No. 542/2020 Coll., on End-of-Life Products, (Part Two) as amended, from the above-mentioned persons, and the subsequent handling of the collected waste (the described facility will be collectively referred to as the "Collection Yard"). The Collection Yard will also include the establishment of a RE-USE centre.
