The subject of the procurement is the execution of conservation work on the sculpture "Górnik" by S. Marcinow, including the relocation of the sculpture in accordance with the conservation work program (Annex 1 to OPZ) and in line with the permit for carrying out conservation work on a monument listed in the register of monuments no. 6/2026 of 25 March 2026 (Annex 2 to OPZ) and permits for the permanent relocation of a movable monument listed in the register of monuments of 30 March 2026, sign K-NR.5171.1.2026.AP (Annex 3 to OPZ). 2. The sculpture is a movable monument listed in the register of monuments under no. B/206/2011. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the procurement (OPZ) is Annex 3 to SWZ. 4. Additional conditions for the implementation of the procurement are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. The procurement will be co-financed from the budget of the City of Chorzów in accordance with the agreement no. 7/2026 (541/2026) of 8 June 2026.
