The quantities, characteristics and technical-user parameters of the subject of the contract are specified in Annexes No. 1, 5, 5a and 9 and Annex No. 2-5 (SET OF REQUIRED TECHNICAL-USER PARAMETERS DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT for task 5) to the specification of the contract conditions (SWZ). 4. The quantities in Annex No. 9 are indicative. The purchaser will successively, as needs arise, each time determine the size of the order (type and quantity of articles to be delivered). 5. The contractor will not demand the implementation of the full quantity of the subject of the contract described in Annex No. 9, and will not demand compensation from the purchaser for this, with the reservation that the purchaser will use at least 50% of the assortment.
