DSB has 368 Nautila ticket vending machines distributed across stations throughout the country, where DSB’s customers can purchase tickets, season tickets and other products. DSB wants the Nautila machines to always be in good condition, fully functional and operating as intended, including systematic maintenance of the machines according to maintenance plans, so that operations are stable and support DSB’s customers. DSB is in the process of replacing the existing Nautila ticket vending machines, as these will soon be obsolete. The phasing out of the existing ticket vending machines is expected to begin in January 2028 with final phasing out expected in January 2029. The purpose of the present Agreement is to enter into an agreement with a supplier who can operate and maintain DSB’s existing Nautila ticket vending machines until these are finally phased out. The agreement includes general servicing and maintenance of DSB’s Nautila ticket vending machines in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex 02. The agreement includes both planned inspections as specified in Annex 02, unplanned maintenance work and urgent maintenance work including rectification of malfunctions and repairs.
