Slovakia – Computer equipment and supplies – VÝPOČTOVÁ TECHNIKA A TECHNICKÉ VYBAVENIE PRE ZÁKLADNÉ ŠKOLY

The subject of the contract is PART 1 the purchase and delivery of computing equipment and technical equipment (see Annex No. 1 of this part of the tender documents) together with their delivery to the delivery site, which is Základná škola Pieninská 27, 974 11 Banská Bystrica, within the project „Modernizácia a rekonštrukcia ZŠ Pieninská, Banská Bystrica“ and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 1 of Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. PART 2 the purchase and delivery of computing equipment and technical equipment (see Annex No. 2 of this part of the tender documents) together with their delivery to the delivery site, which is Základná škola, Spojová 14, 974 04 Banská Bystrica, within the project „Základná škola, Spojová 14, Banská Bystrica – Modernizácia a stavebné úpravy“ and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 2 of Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. PART 3 the purchase and delivery of computing equipment and technical equipment (see Annex No. 3 of this part of the tender documents) together with their delivery to the delivery site, which is Základná škola, Moskovská 2, 974 04 Banská Bystrica, within the project „Modernizácia a rekonštrukcia ZŠ Moskovská 2, Banská Bystrica“ and in accordance with the Purchase Agreement (Annex No. 3 of Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. In the event that the nature of the computing equipment and technical equipment requires it, the delivery of the subject of the contract also includes professional assembly, installation, connection to technical networks, commissioning, testing and training of the Purchaser's employees in the operation and maintenance of the computing equipment and equipment. When delivering computing equipment and technical equipment that are protected by copyright, the delivery also includes the delivery of the required number of licenses for all software, including all its components, modules, databases, components and documentation. Together with the computing equipment and technical equipment, for which this follows from their nature, it is necessary to deliver warranty certificates, CE certificates in Slovak or Czech language in accordance with Annex No. 1 of the Purchase Agreement (for the relevant part of the contract, for which the tenderer submits a bid). The subject of the contract is the provision and delivery of computing equipment and technical equipment, which are new - previously unused, functional, without visible defects, delivered in a complete state and in the required quantity. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 1, Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 3 of this part of the tender documents – Technical and Price Specification (separately for each part of the contract) and in the Purchase Agreements, which form Annex No. 1, Annex No. 2 and Annex No. 3 of Part III of these tender documents.
