Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Objektplanungsleistungen Gebäude und Innenräume nach § 34ff HOAI für die Brandschutz- und Sicherheitstechnische Ertüchtigung des Saales und der Küche des BSZ „Julius Weisbach“ in Freiberg

The aim of the procedure is the awarding of building and interior design services pursuant to § 34ff HOAI for the fire protection and safety-technical upgrading of the hall and kitchen of the BSZ „Julius Weisbach“ in Freiberg and related special services. The project framework includes the comprehensive structural, energetic and functional renovation of the canteen building of the vocational school centre „Julius Weisbach“ in Freiberg. The measure includes the modernisation of the hall/auditorium, kitchen and all associated functional areas, as well as the adaptation to the requirements of a contemporary canteen and event operation. Completion and commissioning is planned for December 2028. The project budget is 1.811.420 Euro in cost group (KG 300) and 1.391.896 Euro in cost group (KG 400). Central components are the complete renewal of the technical systems, the new construction of the roof structure, fire protection technical upgrades including the optimisation of escape and rescue routes, as well as the improvement of room acoustics and building physics properties. The hall will be redesigned, receive new surfaces and acoustically effective equipment; the kitchen will be functionally reorganised and completely modernised. The contract will be awarded in stages according to the individual performance phases (hereinafter referred to as LP). After completion of the award procedure, the award of LP 2 to 3 and related special services is initially planned. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all planned performance phases, nor is there a legal claim to further awarding after the provision of initial performance phases. The award procedure will be carried out on the basis of § 74 Vergabeverordnung (hereinafter referred to as VgV) as a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue in accordance with § 17 VgV.
