The subject of the contract is a one-off delivery of bearer commodity vouchers in denominations of 50 zł and 100 zł, redeemable for goods or services at retail outlets in Poland, particularly in the Trójmiasto area. The total amount due to the Contractor for the execution of the contract is fixed and amounts to 2 600 000,00 zł. The Contractor is obliged to offer, for the above amount, vouchers with a total nominal value of not less than 2 600 000,00 zł. The total nominal value of the vouchers offered by the Contractor must be a multiple of 50 zł. The total nominal value of the vouchers indicated in the Contractor's offer constitutes the final and binding quantitative scope of the contract and may not be reduced after the offer is selected.
