Germany – Engineering services – Nordshausen Nord - verkehrstechnische Erschließung

The procurement concerns engineering services for traffic facilities in phases 3 to 8 according to the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) including construction supervision and construction management. The estimated costs of the measure are approximately 11 million. The project involves the development of a new residential area in the Nordshausen district of Kassel, with a total area of approximately 22.1 ha. The existing road network will be supplemented by a central main road as well as additional cul-de-sacs and ring roads. Various types of roads, including traffic-calmed areas and rest areas, are planned.
