The subject of the Public Contract is the procurement of technologies for securing data centers, including related technological solutions from the manufacturer Check Point Software Technologies LTD, with its headquarters at 5 Shlomo Kaplan Street, Tel Aviv 67897, Israel (hereinafter referred to as the "Manufacturer"). This involves ensuring the procurement or supplementation of the existing technologies of the Contracting Authority from the Manufacturer. The Contracting Authority requires, within the framework of individual calls for tenders within the framework of the individual public contracts implemented through the DNS (individual public contracts), the delivery to the place of performance (including transport) of the technologies of the Manufacturer, i.e. HW and SW components including their accessories, SW licenses or product subscriptions, information necessary for their use, and/or HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions. HW maintenance and/or SW maintenance and/or subscriptions must be provided within the framework of the Manufacturer's service program.
