The objective of the procurement is to procure a flexible partner for the delivery and installation of domestic appliances and the maintenance of domestic appliances in the residential properties owned by Vantaan Asunto Oy (hereinafter "the Contracting Authority") in Vantaa, as well as for the maintenance of domestic appliances. According to previous, indicative statistics, the Contracting Authority's property portfolio will renew and maintain domestic appliances at the following annual volumes: • Approximately 1 200 ovens per year, approximately 650 oven hoods per year, approximately 1 300 refrigerators per year • Approximately 600 separate maintenance inspections of domestic appliances per year, approximately 600 separate repair services of domestic appliances per year. The Contracting Authority is not bound by any procurement quantities or the above procurement estimates. The Contracting Authority will select one Supplier. The procurement decision will be based on the overall economic advantage, according to the scoring. The maximum points are 1 000 points. The Contracting Authority requires Suppliers to familiarise themselves thoroughly with all the attachments to the procurement notice and the contract terms. The Supplier must submit a tender for all the works listed in the tender form. If the Supplier has not tendered for all the works itemised in the tender form, the tender will be considered incomplete for that sub-area. An incomplete tender will be rejected. It is also important for the Supplier to note that the works and prices offered must include all the criteria defined in this tender request, the draft contract and the service description. The service will be implemented in accordance with the tender request, service description and quality requirements. The tender submitted by the Supplier is binding. The procurement contract will only be concluded upon the signing of a written agreement, following negotiations on the award decision. In a procurement exceeding the EU threshold, the contract may be concluded at the earliest 14 days after the Supplier has received or is deemed to have received the decision with its reasoning. The Supplier may not, for example, in its own tender documents, specify conditions that would affect the content of the procurement contract. The target start date of the contract period is 1.1.2027 and the contract is valid until further notice, with a notice period of nine (9) months.
