The subject of the framework agreement is the selection of the inspection bodies that will carry out the checks related to the Industrial and Mining Safety Inspection Plan of the Directorate-General for Industry, as well as the establishment of the price of the inspections for each specific programme and the terms that will govern the contracts derived from the framework agreement. By Order No. 53/2026, of 17 June 2026, published in the Official Bulletin of the Canary Islands No. 130, of 30 June 2026, the powers in the matter of procurement, with all the faculties inherent to this, for the present file, are delegated to the holder of the Directorate-General for Industry of the Department of Economy, Industry, Trade and the Self-Employed.
